Chicken Salad Stuffed Avocado
2 Ripe Avocados
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 Cup Chicken, cooked and shredded
Parsley, Cilantro or Mint Leaves for garnish
Salt, Peppercorn, Garlic Seasoning to taste
Cut avocados in half and remove pit.
Sprinkle each half with lemon juice.
In a bowl, combine chicken and mayonnaise.
Fill avocados with chicken mixture.
Add salt, peppercorn, garlic seasoning to taste.
Add garnishes as desired.
